SEC, I support GBT's application to convert to an ETF. Canada and other countries have Crypto ETFs and so far as I am aware there have been no problems. People who invest in crypto ETFs understand the risks (or should) and do not want special protection - which comes at considerable cost. Jim Rohrbach
