Dear SEC, As a private US citizen who is invested in Bitcoin via the Grayscale Trust (GBTC), I find it incredibly important to have the ability to invest in a true spot Bitcoin ETF. This freedom is already exercised by many other countries and not approving a spot ETF for GBTC first is likely to crush the value of the trust and our trust in the SEC to protect US citizens. Please approve “File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90”.
