Greetings: I am writing to request that GBTC be allowed to convert to an ETF. Many of the other advanced economies in the world have alreadty approved their own spot bitcoin ETFs. It makes no sense to approve a futures ETF but not a spot ETF. I understand the SEC feels it is protecting me from "risky financial investments." However, as an adult, I neither need nor appreciate your protection. Thanks, Brian Riseley
