Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My main reason supporting this decision is to avoid confusion between the discount & premium and the price of GBTC should be at fair value as per the bitcoin price movement. -- Cheers, Nageswara.
