To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an individual investor residing in North Carolina and hold several shares of GBTC because cryptocurrency asset classes have a place in my overall investment portfolio. As cryptocurrency is a new asset class, I understand the caution with which the SEC has been proceeding regarding approval of cryptocurrency ETF products; however, it is clear that the cryptocurrency market has matured greatly over the last several years and in particular Bitcoin. It is time that United States citizens have the opportunity to invest in mature cryptocurrency products in the form of an ETF as do citizens in other developed countries.
