Dear SEC: I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to ETF status. I manage 3 family trusts and we currently hold shares of GBTC in each trust because we are not allowed to own actual Bitcoin or other crypto currencies. While admittedly still a volatile asset class, I believe that crypto currency does have a place in our financial future (similar to how precious metals eventually transitioned to fiat currency) and should be recognized as such. If investors want to take on this risk, they should be able to - volatility and all - without being penalized by GBTC trading at a significant discount compared to its NAV. Thank you.
