SEC, I’m a shareholder of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) and I would love to see it converted to an ETF. Right now I hold a small amount of GBTC in my Roth IRA because I believe it’s the best way to have bitcoin exposure inside my retirement account. The expense ratio on GBTC is 200 basis points or 2.0% a year. I believe an ETF would help to lower cost and give more long-term investors access to bitcoin in their retirement accounts.
