Hi, Please approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. The current situation where the closest thing to a spot ETF trades at steep premiums or discounts does not make sense. This is not protecting us, but adding a layer of risk that does not need to be there. Using futures based products does not add a layer of security either. There is build in time decay and ultimately the futures prices will reflect the spot price. Justin Froula, GBTC holder.
