Dear Sir, I would like the SEC to vote in favor of allowing GBTC (Graystone Bitcoin Trust) to convert to an ETF for these reasons: It’s a free country, right? If the board and shareholders of GBTC want to do this, why stop them? Removing the discount from the trading price to the base value of the underlying assets is FAIR to the shareholders. Lower costs of managing and trading an ETF benefits all new investors. Thank you, George Dick Shareholder
