Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I strongly think that in order to best protect investors and provide investors with an ETF product that most closely tracks Bitcoin, the SEC should immediately approve the conversion the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. I am a shareholder of GBTC since it is the only possible option to hold Bitcoin in my 401k. Thanks, Jorge Cabrera
