Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It's about time we were leading the world in the next big industry as opposed to losing world market share to China etc. I reside in Pennsylvania and appreciate your attention to this matter.
