Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, and have no idea why I am doing this because my investment in GBTC is shit. Bitcoin should be called "Shitcoin," as far as I am concerned. So, if you support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) please be sure to consider the poor shmuicks like me who put money into this stupid fund. Id like to know for sure if being an ETF will really work. I just wish I hadn't bought into Grayscale SHITCOIN Trust. . Thanks Disgruntled GBTC investor, Ken Reid
