Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Kansas resident and would like a way to track the price of bitcoin in my retirement account without the premium and discount swings of the trust. The United States needs to step up and allow this asset to be spot traded. Respectfully, Walter Meierarend
