I am writing to request that the SEC please approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. 


Several western countries have had Bitcoin ETFs for some time now, and it is well past time that the United States catch up to its neighbors and offer investors a vehicle for investing in spot Bitcoin on the stock market.
