SEC, PLEASE allow GBTC to be converted into a spot ETF tracking the price of bitcoin. Many of us believe that bitcoin is the future (not crypto, bitcoin specifically) and have a long time horizon to stomach the volatility. Please approve GBTC to become a spot ETF so that it eliminates the discount to NAV and lowers their fees. Thank you, Brendan McGree, avid bitcoin hodler
