Hello SEC, I'm writing to let you know I would like for you to approve GBTC and eventually ETHE for conversion to a spot ETF. I am an investor through my retirement account at TD Ameritrade and GBTC and ETHE are the ways I get exposure to the cryptocurrency market. My understanding is if the conversion is allowed to take place, fees will decrease and exposure to the actual price of those assets will increase. Thank you for listening. Joseph Cocozza
