As an investor in GBTC, I want the GBTC trust to convert to an ETF. My primary reasons are those listed on the fund's website, namely: 1) the value of the fund would more closely track the market price of bitcoin, 2) upgrading it from the OTCQX to the NYSE would provide market stability and respectability to the fund. and 3) the management fee would be reduced. I would appreciate this change that, in my opinion, increases the long-term stability and viability of GBTC as a vehicle for investing in Bitcoin. Sincerely, Kerry Burnham
