Dear SEC: I am writing to request that GBTC be allowed to convert to a spot ETF as soon as possible. I own this equity in my IRA and it is inconceivable that the discount that occurs--now over 20%--is allowed to happen by the SEC when the ability exists to create a spot version that eliminates this problem. Average US citizens are being penalized by your inaction. At this point in cryptocurrency's development, it is clear that most everyone knows there is volatility involved and accepts the risks, so we do no longer need your protection on that front. Plus, you allow leveraged 3X ETFs and ETNs that clearly include high volatility, yet those are allowed to trade freely. Please approve a spot ETF conversion by Greyscale for GBTC as soon as possible.
