I am formally asking the SEC to approve GBTC as an ETF. The citizens of the US need an opportunity to purchase Bitcoin at the spot price. Whether a person believes in Bitcoin as an asset or not, the US is a free market and citizens should have an opportunity to purchase new technology at an open market price. The US should stand at the forefront of this new technology and software so that we can maintain our dominance on the world stage. If gold can be purchased as a spot ETF, while it varies in value throughout the week, and is considered an asset why would there be a delay in treating Bitcoin in the same fashion. Thanks John D.
