SEC I live in Georgia and am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to a spot Bitcoin ETF. Refusing to allow this conversion: 1) limits asset liquidity and pricing transparency 2) decreases accurate pricing of the underlying asset, creating costly premiums and discounts 3) reduces investment options for U.S. citizens seeking efficient access to Bitcoin 4) creates additional costs and risk for ordinary investors in cryptocurrency Give American citizens liberty to invest in a better product!
