Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. An ETF would allow individual investors more tools to appropriately manage their portfolios. It's time to support digital assets via an ETF in Bitcoin by allowing the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to become an ETF. Best regards, David Galovich
