Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Creating a spot Bitcoin ETF would allow investors to easily and safely get access to Bitcoin exposure, with much better tracking and fee structures than futures-based ETFs. It would also provide a Bitcoin investment vehicle with clear transparency and accounting practices, a benefit for both the United States government and individual investors. Thank you, Luis Paget
