I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) — the world’s largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund — to an ETF. In addition to lowering fees and increasing liquidity of GBTC, such a move would allow the fund’s NAV to be more in line with the underlying - a win on all fronts.
