I encourage GBTC being approved as an Exchange Traded Product. While I have personally invested in Bitcoin since 2015, I found (with the advent of GBTC) the ability to transact Bitcoin on a typical brokerage platform to be far more streamlined and easy than the process required by token platforms (Coinbase, etc.). With a (currently) approved bitcoin ETF that uses derivatives, the case for the approval of a spot ETP is only further supported. A derivatives product is more complex and if investors can handle that than they can certainly understand and handle a spot-based product. I looked for straightforward, simple exposure to bitcoin and upgrading GBTC to an ETF would accomplish this objective. Thank you, Pete Holcomb
