Good Morning, It is well past time to allow the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. GBTC does not currently track the price of bitcoin effectively and trades at a large discount to NAV. This is unacceptable as other countries (i.e. competitors) have already taken multiple steps to bring multiple spot bitcoin ETFs to market that do not trade at a large discount to NAV. Namely, Canada, Switzerland, and Germany. Enough is enough. It's time for the SEC to allow the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. Respectfully, -Matt
