Good morning, SEC- I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We have retirement assets in GBTC and strongly support its conversion to a spot bitcoin ETF. While you're at it, you may want to consider settling your case against Ripple Labs.
