Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) , currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It makes no sense that a spot ETF has not been allowed. As an investor, I feel safer in holding my Bitcoin in a spot ETF rather than trying to hold Bitcoin in cold storage. You are hurting everyday investors by not allowing a spot ETF. The SEC should not create their own agenda at the expense of the American people. It seems that the SEC should approve a spot ETF very soon. If GBTC is not given a spot ETF, I support that they go to court in a lawsuit. Please reconsider your past decisions, Respectfully, Marc A.
