Dear SEC team, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As an investor, this vehicle allows me to track bitcoin price most conveniently and safely. However, until it is converted into an ETF, the fund's price does not reflect its true NAV, attracting speculators and harming investors like me. I do believe that Bitcoin is destined to become a store of value for Billions of people, especially in non-democratic and economically unstable countries.
