Dear SEC, My name is Jeremy Macke and I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. This is an important decision that has been delayed far too long. Investors like me should be able to choose if we’d like direct or futures-based exposure to that asset.
