Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder as to conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. Doing so will bring the value of this Trust to its correct level and allow investors like myself to effectively participate in approved futures-backed Bitcoin ETFs. Currently, shareholders like me are experiencing a destruction of value based on prior rejection of such conversion - this not fair. Thank you for the opportunity to express my view.
