To Whom It May Concern, I am writing from Florida to support the proposal to convert the Grayscale Fund GBTC into a spot-price based ETF. As a retiree, GBTC holdings in my retirement portfolio are under constant pressure from the fees associated with this fund as well as the discount to NAV fluctuations. A spot-based Bitcoin ETF conversion will certainly alleviate this pressure and finally allow our financial markets to be at par with competing worldwide markets for this product.
