Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a small investor, I would the ability to participate with larger investors. I do not buy physical gold, but the GLD. I am more interested in buying a Bitcion ETF than actual Bitcoin. The future is moving digital and as an older person I want to be able to keep up and participate. My Canadian friends have been doing this for the past 2 years. Please approve this sooner than later.
