Dear SEC, I’m writing to OPPOSE the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. None of the conditions current during the previous SEC rejections of this fund have been remedied. This is a terrible idea that could further legitimize a ponzi scheme in the eyes of investors, risking further liquidity being injected into an obvious scam. Please say no to this ETF.
