Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As Bitcoin is clearly the network and asset upon which all future digital financial products will be built, the American people deserve an easy way to participate in this innovative new space via a bitcoin backed ETF.
