Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. BITCOIN IS pure genesis and fair genesis. GBTC has been in the market for years and is a trusted way for us to invest in the retirement portfolio. BITCOIN acts as a digital store of value to counter balance inflation. It is in an young stage and innovation should be encouraged. We do not want trillion dollar industry going to other countries and we become like North Korea that kept away from the internet. By approving a fair genesis BITCOIN you will also send a signal that non security done the right way are rewarded and shenanigans are frowned upon. Appreciate the same. Texas.
