Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe this is a necessary step. This will allow Bitcoin to trade at the real asset value and eliminate unnecessary fees that American’s ���� are paying. I currently live in Austin, Texas.
