Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am from Kentucky. There should be no conversation. It’s revolutionary to our society. The longer we wait the more our US citizens fall behind. Lets get this GBTC available so our citizens can benefit off a world-wide decentralized asset. If anyone can buy it on these exchanges or virtually any payment app (cash app/venmo/Paypal).
