Dear SEC, I’m an individual investor from Massachusetts, and am writing to support the conversion of GBTC to Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My reasons: 1. Currently, GBTC is trading under NAV, by greater than 20%. I desire fair value from my investment choices, and urge you to grant this via your approval. 2. Based on recent developments, USA is already behind competing neighboring nations (i.e. Canada). Please provide international leadership! 3. The recent Teucrium ETF went in under 1933 Act, the others under the 1940 Act. Spot should be covered. Sincerely, Leslie Lee
