Dear SEC: Continuing to deny the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF is unfair to me and investors across the United States. You have approved three futures ETFs under the 1940 Act. Recently, you approved the Teucrium futures ETF under the 1933 Act. Under US law, you must treat similar assets similarly. Here, however, you are treating two very similar assets in completely different fashions. Please, uphold your obligation to the law, and the American people.
