Dear SEC%2C I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC)%2C currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund%2C to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***My name is James Pierson, I am a long term GBTC holder and resided in New Jersey for many years. Please implement the spot ETF! Implementing a higher risk mechanism to bet on future valuation of an asset before providing the mechanism to invest in the underlying asset itself seems wrong on many levels.
