Chairman Gensler, I urge you strongly to approve a spot BTC ETF in short order. It is a necessary and fair balance to the market. Approving futures ETF for BTC although a step in the right direction are inferior products to a spot fund. At this point there is truly no reason to delay this. It seems paternal at best and with longer delays nefarious and intentional at worst. Allow America to step up and be on par with nations such as Germany, Canada, and Singapore. We are lagging. We need to lead in this space. Give investors more ability to be exposed to this new asset class in a safe, auditable, and regulated way. Thank you, Ian
