Dear SEC: I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Iowa. The trust setup is archaic, confusing for investors, and has different tax implications. Average investors like me understand ETFs...the trust as an investment not so much. Thank you. Matt Eide
