Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC), which I am an investor in, to be a spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Your prioritization of approving crypto futures before spots has been a great disappointment for me as an investor who wants access to actual crypto assets, not derivatives, through my regular brokerage accounts without the high expense ratios and trading fees I currently pay on the OTC market.
