Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Maryland resident and would like the option to buy bitcoin in my investment and retirement accounts. The futures ETF is not the product I want. I’m confused as to why four bitcoin futures ETFs have been approved, but no spot bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Matt McManus
