Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been investing in Bitcoin since 2015 and I am now 52 years old. My whole life, I lived paycheck to paycheck and had many sleepless nights. Bitcoin has changed my life. Having said that, it would be much nicer for me and for lots of other people to have a simple and easy way to invest in physical bitcoin. I urge you to approve the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the USA.
