Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As you endeavor to constructively work with your fellow regulatory agencies, namely the CFTC and the OCC, on coming up with clear and meaningful framework for guidance on digital assets, as per the directive of the present administration, it would seem logical to approve a vehicle which is less prone to institutional manipulation. The Bitcoin Spot ETF would allow for the more prudent way for both retail and institutional investors to gain exposure to one of the strongest digital assets we have today. Sincerely, Neel Patel
