Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a NY resident and believe a spot ETF will give me better exposure at a lower cost. As you know, other countries already have this product. Let’s not be laggards, we should be leading!
