Dear SEC, I’m writing to you as a resident from Idaho to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States needs to lead the world in access to financial products and in this case it has definitely fell behind since there are multiple countries that do make it available to buy a spot ETF for bitcoin. In my opinion the SEC under Chairman Gensler has been nothing but hostile to BTC and the broader crypto market. According to the Biden administrations own Numbers 25% of Americans own bitcoin or crypto. You have taken a hostile approach against the very people you claim to represent. Regards, Steve
