Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. BEcause the SEC has approved a btc futures etf registered under the ‘33 act, it seems logical to approve a spot etf registered under the ‘33 act. I am hopeful the US will be a leader regarding it’s treatment of bitcoin as a unique and advantageous asset for ALL Americans. Sincerely, John Riedel
