Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been investing in crypto for a few years now and have invested in GBTC. It only makes sense to allow the conversion to a spot ETF. It helps investors to invest without the overheads of crypto exchanges and wallets. Having a spot ETF will provide much more accurate market prices for buyers and sellers, and lower pricing resolutions between buy/sell market forces. It will also reduce Grayscale fees.
